Sarah Butler

Sarah Butler is a founding partner at Infinity and played a key role in establishing the firm in 2007, following her tenure as Director at BDO. She also serves as Infinity’s Compliance Oversight Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO).
Sarah has been instrumental in the formation and management of numerous multi-jurisdictional alternative investment funds. She is recognised for her practical approach to complex structuring challenges and her ability to deliver effective solutions. Sarah also launched Infinity’s Appointed Representative Hosting offering.
She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys travelling, spending time with her family, and exploring the outdoors with her dogs.
