Fees
We offer transparent fees reflecting service complexity, regulation, and ongoing compliance support.
Our fees vary depending on the service that you are considering.
A simple AR fee to market an investment opportunity, for example, is different to a fund management fee. Generally however, we look to charge a set-up fee which depends on the complexity of your firm and the number of people involved.
This covers our time involved in carrying out the due diligence that we are required to complete and the applications to the FCA for both the firm and the relevant individuals.
We then charge an on-going monthly flat fee for use of our regulatory licence and our compliance services which include mandatory training.
